You can make an appointment by telephoning us, emailing us or by calling in to make arrangements.
We love to keep things running smoothly and appreciate your help with this. We understand that life is hectic and we are happy to wait as long as we sensibly can but please arrive in reasonable time for your appointment. Unfortunately, if your late arrival means that we have to reorganise our day, you will be asked to re-book your appointment and charged 50% of the cost of the treatment that you had booked.
Please remember your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. There will be no charge as long as we receive at least 48 hours notice of your need to change your appointment.
Once your initial treatment is complete I encourage you to return to the practise at regular intervals to see that all is well with your teeth and maintain your registration with the practise. Remember regular visits are crucial to dental health.
Whenever possible, please contact us during normal surgery hours.
If you need to be seen the same day, please get in touch as early in the day as possible.
In the case of an out of hours emergency, phone the number listed below. If treatment is necessary, we will do our best to arrange it within 24 hours.
The practice offers out of hours and emergency services to regular attending patients only.

Directions: The Acorn Dental Surgery is at number 146a on the Barnwood Road in Gloucester.
Barnwood Road is located off the Barnwood Roundabout (the intersection of Eastern Avenue (A38), the A417 and Barnwood Road.
We are situated on the right hand side, just past Barwood Avenue when travelling from the roundabout.
We are set back from the road and have ample accessible parking.
